наличие сертификата специалиста или свидетельства об аккредитации специалиста по специальности Сестринское дело в педиатрии; прохождение обязательных предварительных (при поступлении на работу) и периодических медицинских осмотров (обследований), а также внеочередных медицинских осмотров (обследований); отсутствие ограничений на занятие профессиональной деятельности.

Опыт работы в конкретном профиле отделения (хирургия, терапия, педиатрия, неврология, реанимация): это снижает срок адаптации и риск ошибок. Навыки работы с инфузионной терапией и мониторингом: уверенная работа с инфузоматами, шприцевыми насосами, пульсоксиметрами, тонометрами с автоматическим измерением особенно важно в отделениях с тяжёлыми пациентами. Знание электронных медкарт и МИС: опыт работы в распространённых медицинских информационных системах (например, БАРС, Медиалог, 1С:Медицина и др.) ускоряет оформление назначений и отчётов. Коммуникативные навыки: умение спокойно и понятно объяснять пациентам и родственникам правила отделения, режим приёма лекарств, диету, ограничения; корректное взаимодействие с врачами и младшим персоналом. Стрессоустойчивость и готовность к сменной работе: ночные смены, экстренные ситуации, высокая нагрузка, эмоциональное выгорание важны психологическая устойчивость и умение работать в команде. Готовность к обучению и наставничеству: способность осваивать новые протоколы и стандарты, а также помогать новым сотрудникам (особенно если планируется роль старшей/ответственной по смене). Физическая выносливость: работа предполагает длительное пребывание на ногах, перемещение пациентов, транспортировку материалов и оборудования.
