  • Build strong partnerships that enable talent sourcing and opportunity creation
  • Drive conversations with external stakeholders to unlock collaboration opportunities
  • Represent the organisation in community, NGO, and industry engagements

3. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Generate leads through:
  • Personal and professional network
  • NGO ecosystem and grassroots connections
  • Company partnerships
  • Convert leads into meaningful business and placement opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with both business and impact goals

  • Post-placement tracking and impact measurement
  • Collaborate with NGOs and social organisations to create sustainable pipelines of candidates
  • Identify gaps in the lifecycle and propose improvements for better outcomes

5. Ground Reality & Candidate Understanding

  • Build deep empathy and understanding of individuals from low-capital / underserved backgrounds
  • Spend time in the field to understand:
  • Challenges in education, access, and employment
  • Behavioural and socio-economic constraints
  • Ensure solutions and partnerships are practical, inclusive, and scalable
  • Act as a voice of the candidate within the organisation

6. Career Path Enablement

  • Work closely with internal teams to align candidates with the right career opportunities
  • Help design pathways that enable long-term career growth, not just short-term placement
  • Ensure alignment between candidate capability, aspiration, and industry demand

7. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a bridge between companies, NGOs, candidates, and internal teams
  • Ensure smooth communication and execution across all stakeholders
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships

8. Market Intelligence & Impact Insights

  • Provide insights on how to better prepare candidates for real-world jobs
  • Measure and report both business metrics and social impact outcomes

Key Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in Business Analysis / Business Development / Partnerships
  • Strong experience in fieldwork, stakeholder engagement, and external partnerships
  • Exposure to or strong interest in NGO / social impact / skilling ecosystem
  • Proven ability to generate and convert leads

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
