Du Unterstützt das Marketing-Team operativ bei der Umsetzung visueller Kommunikationsmittel und sorgst dafür, dass Design-Vorgaben zuverlässig, marken- und terminkonform in fertige Materialien übersetzt werden.

Dein Spielfeld

  • Du erstellt und passt Grafiken, Präsentationen sowie PR- und Marketingmaterialien nach Vorgaben und Briefings des Art Direktors an.
  • Du pflegst bestehende Templates, Layouts und Design-Assets und hält sie konsistent mit den Markenrichtlinien.
  • Dabei übernimmst du die Bildbearbeitung, Formatierung und Exportvorbereitung für unterschiedliche Kanäle (Print, Web, Social).
  • Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Gestaltungsideen und visueller Konzepte für unsere Marketing- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen.
  • Du bereitest Content für Social Media und digitale Formate visuell auf und entwickelst bestehende Assets im Rahmen unseres Corporate Designs weiter.
  • Du setzt KI-gestützte Tools (z.b. generative Bildbearbeitung, KI-Layout und Produktivitätsfunktionen innerhalb Adobe und darüber hinaus) sinnvoll und markenkonform im Arbeitsalltag ein und bringst Ideen zur Effizienzsteigerung durch neue Tools ein.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Auswahl, Recherche und Aufbereitung von Bildmaterial, Icons und Illustrationen.

Deine Stärken

  • Studium im Grafikdesign, Kommunikationsdesign, Mediendesign oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Grafikdesign und idealerweise bereits eigene Projekte oder ein Portfolio.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit der Adobe Creative Cloud, insbesondere Photoshop, Illustrator und InDesign.
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Layout, Typografie, Bildsprache und visuelle Gestaltung.
  • Du arbeitest kreativ, sorgfältig und detailorientiert und setzt Briefings zuverlässig um.
  • Du bringst Eigeninitiative mit, denkst gestalterisch mit und hast gleichzeitig Freude daran, im Rahmen bestehender Markenrichtlinien zu arbeiten.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
