About Us

100ms is building AI agents that automate complex patient access workflows in U.S. healthcare — starting with benefits verification, prior authorisation, and referral intake in specialty pharmacy.

What would you do:

You Will:

  • Generate qualified pipeline in net-new US healthcare accounts by achieving and exceeding your monthly goal for new business opportunities.
  • Execute targeted outbound during US hours: cold calls, personalized emails and LinkedIn/social selling into patient services, hub operations, market access and pharmacy leaders.
  • Engage in high-level conversations with Directors, VPs and C-suite across specialty drug hubs, pharma manufacturers and specialty pharmacies to build awareness and interest in 100ms.ai.
  • Own and nurture prospect relationships through long healthcare sales cycles: consistent follow-up, scheduling across time zones, and clean CRM hygiene.
  • Partner with sales leaders on account research, territory planning and handoff of qualified opportunities.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in B2B software selling to US customers, with a track record of exceeding pipeline or quota targets through cold outbound.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, and the confidence to cold-call senior US stakeholders.
  • The ability and willingness to work US business hours consistently from India.
  • The drive required to succeed in a goal-oriented environment with a bias for action, plus proficiency with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo/Apollo and other prospecting tools.
