Hjemmeplejen i Tune er en del af Greve Kommune og arbejder aktivt med den nye ældrelov. Vores tilgang tager udgangspunkt i borgerens selvbestemmelse, inddragelse af pårørende samt en rehabiliterende og helhedsorienteret indsats, hvor borgerens ressourcer er i centrum.

Om stillingen

Vi søger en social- og sundhedsassistent til dagvagt. Du vil indgå i et tværfagligt team, med både ufaglært, sosu-hjælper, sygeplejersker, visitatorer og terapeuter med et stærkt fagligt ståsted og god erfaring.

Du bliver en del af en engageret hjemme -og sygepleje, hvor samarbejde, ansvarlighed og fokus på de gode borgerløsninger er centrale værdier.

  • Har gode samarbejdsevner og bidrager aktivt i teamet
  • Behersker dansk i både skrift og tale
  • Har erfaring med IT og elektronisk dokumentation

Arbejdstid

Stillingen er i dagvagt med hver 3 weekend. Vi tilbyder op til 37 timer.
