The posting

Voor een van onze klanten zoeken wij een freelance HR Manager.

De organisatie groeit snel: van ongeveer 100 medewerkers nu naar circa 200 medewerkers later dit jaar. Ze zitten in midden-Nederland.

Om die groei goed te begeleiden, moet HR steviger worden ingericht.

De opdracht

We zoeken een pragmatische HR Manager voor 12 tot 16 uur per week die helpt om:

- structuur aan te brengen;

- overzicht te creëren;

- één uniforme HR-werkwijze neer te zetten;

- HR-processen werkbaar te maken voor alle BV’s;

- Nmbrs en Daywize goed in te bedden in de dagelijkse operatie.

Het doel is niet om een zwaar corporate HR-model te bouwen. Het doel is een praktisch HR-fundament dat werkt, schaalbaar is en de organisatie helpt groeien.

HR is op dit moment centraal belegd voor de hele groep.

De huidige situatie

- De groep bestaat uit meerdere BV’s.

- Er werken nu ongeveer 100 medewerkers.

- Dit groeit naar verwachting richting 200 medewerkers.

- HR wordt ondersteund met Nmbrs en Daywize.

- De basis is aanwezig, maar nog onvoldoende gestructureerd.

- Processen zijn nog niet overal uniform.

- Er is behoefte aan meer overzicht, vastlegging en duidelijke werkwijzen.

De huidige HR-verantwoordelijke heeft hulp nodig bij het aanbrengen van structuur. Zij kan de dagelijkse HR-werkzaamheden oppakken, maar het opzetten van een volledig werkend HR-fundament trekt zij niet alleen.

Daarom is er behoefte aan iemand die naast haar gaat staan, prioriteiten stelt en zaken concreet werkend maakt.

HR moet meegroeien.

Zonder duidelijke structuur ontstaat het risico op:

- versnipperde processen;

- ad-hoc oplossingen;

- te veel afhankelijkheid van losse kennis;

- verschillen tussen BV’s;

- onvoldoende overzicht voor management en medewerkers.

Jij helpt om rust te brengen.

Je brengt de huidige HR-situatie in kaart en vertaalt die naar een praktische werkwijze die voor de hele groep werkt.

Daarbij help je met:

- prioriteiten bepalen;

- processen vereenvoudigen;

- rollen en verantwoordelijkheden verduidelijken;

- Nmbrs en Daywize beter gebruiken;

- de huidige HR-verantwoordelijke praktisch ondersteunen;

- HR schaalbaar maken voor verdere groei.

We zoeken geen theoretisch adviesrapport, maar iemand die bouwt, regelt en implementeert.

Concreet betekent dit:

- één uniforme HR-werkwijze voor alle BV’s;

- duidelijke processen voor instroom, uitstroom en personeelsmutaties;

- betere structuur rondom contracten, verlof, verzuim en dossiers;

- heldere formats, checklists en werkinstructies;

- Nmbrs en Daywize logisch ingericht en goed gebruikt;

- meer overzicht in HR-administratie en personeelsinformatie;

- betere HR-stuurinformatie voor het management;

- een HR-verantwoordelijke die zelfstandig verder kan met de ingerichte structuur.

Het einddoel is een HR-organisatie die rust, overzicht en professionaliteit brengt, en die de klant ondersteunt in de volgende groeifase.

We zoeken een ervaren HR Manager die praktisch, gestructureerd en daadkrachtig is.

Je past goed als je:

- snel overzicht creëert;

- graag structuur aanbrengt;

- processen simpel en werkbaar maakt;

- een voorkeur heeft voor hele directe communiatie;

- ervaring hebt met groeiende organisaties;

- kunt schakelen tussen management en operatie;

- iemand praktisch kunt meenemen en ontzorgen;

- stevig bent zonder het onnodig ingewikkeld te maken.

Je hebt ervaring met:

- HR-processen;

- personeelsadministratie;

- HR-systemen;

- contractbeheer;

- verzuim;

- instroom en uitstroom;

- personeelsdossiers;

- rapportages en HR-stuurinformatie.

Ervaring met Nmbrs en/of Daywize is een sterke pré.

We zoeken geen corporate beleidsmaker, maar een pragmatische bouwer. Iemand die ziet wat er nodig is, eigenaarschap neemt en zorgt dat HR werkt voor de hele groep. Iemand die zijn/haar mouwen kan oprollen en zorgt dat het geregeld wordt.

Bij 10x verwachten we dat talenten AI-savvy zijn en blijven investeren in hun AI fluency. We zoeken professionals die AI praktisch en verantwoord inzetten binnen hun vakgebied, zodat zij bedrijven sneller, slimmer en met meer impact kunnen ondersteunen in hun groei en AI-transformatie.

NOTE
