About Us: 10x Team connects top independent experts with cutting-edge AI labs to drive the evolution of artificial intelligence. We are seeking skilled migration consultants located in the EU or UK to enhance AI’s capacity for migration strategy, systems integration, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to migration processes, strategies, and best practices

- Assess the technical accuracy and practicality of AI-powered migration scenarios and solutions

- Develop real-world use cases, step-by-step migration plans, and risk assessments from your professional experience

- Create scenario variations for different migration types – data migration, system migration, cloud transitions, and more

- Identify issues, gaps, or potential risks in AI-driven migration recommendations, providing clear and constructive feedback

- Influence how AI understands industry standards, compliance needs, and migration best practices

About You:

- Experienced migration consultant, systems integration specialist, or project manager with a background in handling complex migration initiatives

- Based in the EU or UK

- Deep knowledge of migration planning, execution, risk mitigation, and system interoperability

- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to deliver actionable, structured feedback

- Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable with remote, asynchronous collaboration
