Are you a strategic partnership professional eager to shape the future of artificial intelligence? Join 10x Team as a Freelance Strategic Partnership Consultant – AI Trainer and use your expertise to help train and refine cutting-edge AI models, all on a flexible, project-based schedule.

About Us: 10x Team connects top independent experts with leading AI labs to drive AI advancement. We are seeking candidates in the EU or UK with proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management to improve AI models focused on partnership strategies, negotiations, and business best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and enhance AI-generated outputs covering strategic partnerships, alliance management, and business negotiations

- Assess the realism and effectiveness of AI-powered recommendations related to partner engagement, deal structuring, and ecosystem building

- Develop case studies, example scenarios, and challenges drawn from your own partnership management experience

- Create variations on common business development scenarios, covering stakeholder alignment, negotiations, and conflict resolution

- Identify inaccuracies, risks, or improvement areas in AI insights and provide structured, actionable feedback

- Influence how AI systems understand and apply partnership, negotiation, and ecosystem strategies

About You:

- Experienced professional in strategic partnerships, business development, or related fields

- Based in the EU or UK

- In-depth knowledge of partnership management, alliance development, negotiation strategies, and stakeholder engagement

- Analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at delivering clear, actionable feedback

- Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously

NOTE

Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.

This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
