1. Обслуживать совместно с врачом-терапевтом участковым терапевтический участок из прикрепленного к нему населения. 2. Проводить назначаемые лечащим врачом медицинские манипуляции в поликлинике и на дому. 3. Оценивать эффективность и безопасность применения медикаментозных и не медикаментозных методов лечения. 4. Проводить санитарно-гигиеническое просвещение населения, проводить и формировать мероприятия по пропаганде ЗОЖ. 5. Обучать родственников (законных представителей) тяжелобольных методам ухода, оказанию первичной доврачебной помощи, консультировать их по вопросам ухода и самоухода. 6. Направлять пациента на лабораторные и инструментальные исследования. Информировать пациентов о необходимой подготовке перед проведением лабораторных и инструментальных исследований. 7. Осуществлять и контролировать проведение профилактических мероприятий по предупреждению и снижению заболеваемости, выявление ранних и скрытых форм заболеваний, социально значимых болезней и факторов риска. 8. Принимать участие в организации и проводить школы здоровья. 9. Оформлять листки нетрудоспособности. 10. Активно посещать маломобильных пациентов на дому для динамического наблюдения. 11. Определять медицинские показания к введению ограничительных мероприятий (карантин). 12. Осуществлять диспансерное наблюдение больных с хроническими заболеваниями. Осуществлять контроль их посещений в поликлинике и на дому, своевременно приглашать их на прием. 13. Участвовать в проведении медицинских осмотров, в том числе профилактических, предварительных, периодических. Контролировать проведение профилактических мероприятий. 14. Подготавливать списки для диспансеризации населения. Участвовать в проведении диспансеризации населения.
