The posting

Руководит, специальной, служебной и физической подготовкой всего личного состава филиала. Планирует все виды занятий согласно Плана профессиональной подготовки работников филиала. Проводит мероприятия по предупреждению аварий и отказов в работе техники. Организует с личным составом караулов изучение района выезда и объектов в оперативно-тактическом отношении, состояние средств связи, противопожарного водоснабжения и дорог, качественную проверку водоисточников и принимает меры по их своевременному ремонту. Организует обучение вновь поступающих на работу и прием от них зачетов по программе начальной подготовки. Организует составление, корректировку и практическую отработку планов и карточек тушения пожаров. Организует пожарно-профилактическую деятельность на охраняемом объекте (в случае отсутствия штатного ведущего специалиста СПП). Разрабатывает предложения по улучшению противопожарного водоснабжения, дорог и средств связи в районе выезда филиала. Систематически проводит и контролирует занятия с личным составом караулов. Проводит с личным составом караулов разбор происшедших пожаров. Следит за правильностью эксплуатации и содержания служебных помещений, рукавного хозяйства, техники и пожарно-технического вооружения. Осуществляет производственный контроль противопожарного состояния охраняемого объекта. Занимается вопросами укрепления базы ГДЗС и улучшения работы газодымозащитников филиала. Организует и контролирует несение караульной службы. Организует и контролирует содержание и эксплуатацию пожарной техники, вооружения и оборудования. Принимает меры по содержанию оборудования, приспособлений и инструмента в соответствии с нормами по охране труда. Выезжает на пожары в установленном порядке, возглавлять руководство тушением пожара и проведения аварийно-спасательных работ.
