Выполнять работу по осуществлению экономической деятельности учреждения,, Участвовать в подготовке проектов текущих планов подразделений учреждения по всем видам деятельности в соответствии с заказами потребителей работ (услуг) и заключенными договорами, а также обоснований и расчетов к ним. Участвовать в разработке плановых нормативов материальных и трудовых затрат, проектов прейскуранта цен на работы (услуги) учреждения с учетом спроса и предложения и с целью обеспечения получения запланированного объема доходов. Составлять нормативные калькуляции себестоимости работ (услуг) и контроль за внесением в них текущих изменений планово-расчетных цен на основные виды материальных затрат, используемых в сметной калькуляции по всем видам деятельности. Оформлять материалы для заключения договоров с контрагентами, осуществлять контроль за сроками выполнения договорных обязательств. Изучать рынок сбыта по региону аналогичных работ (услуг), проводить анализ конкурентоспособности выполняемых работ (услуг) и представлять на утверждение корректировки к прейскуранту цен, а также обоснований и расчетов к ним. Продвигать на рынок сбыта работы (услуги) учреждения всеми доступными методами. В рамках в закупочной деятельности учреждения: участвовать в разработке плана закупок и плана-графика, размещать в ЕИС план-график и внесенные в него изменения. обеспечивать подготовку обоснования закупки при формировании плана закупок. проводить обработку и анализ информации о ценах на товары, работы, услуги. заключать договора (контракты) у единственного поставщика (подрядчика, исполнителя) в случаях, предусмотренных Законом. готовить и размещать извещения об осуществлении закупок, приглашениях к определению поставщиков (подрядчиков, исполнителей). согласовывать и уточнять требования к закупаемым видам товаров, работ, услуг и публично их размещать; составлять и публично размещать отчет об объеме закупок, отчетную документацию; вести реестр контрактов и размещать сведения о заключенных контрактах; выполнять другие обязанности, возникающие в сфере закупок в связи с изменением законодательства Российской Федерации.
