The posting

Who We Are

At Ø12, we serve exceptional food and coffee from breakfast through lunch in a warm, high-energy environment where both guests and staff feel welcome. With three busy locations, we’re driven by teamwork, structure, and a shared commitment to doing things well.

We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable dishwasher to join our team and help keep our kitchen running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and punctual, showing up ready to support the team

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, able to work 2–3 hours daily.

A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team

What You Can Expect From Us

A supportive and respectful work environment

A team that works hard and supports each other

A structured workplace with clear routines

Opportunity to be part of a growing and ambitious company

A social and welcoming staff culture

At Ø12, we constantly ask ourselves: How can we do better—for our guests and for each other?

We value attitude and teamwork over ego. If you bring the right mindset, we’ll bring the support.

Sound like you? We’d love to hear from you.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
