Vi søger en sekretær med blæksprutte egenskaber, som trives med en bred palette af administrative opgaver, koordinering og ansvar. Du bliver en central del af den daglige drift og får en vigtig rolle i at skabe ro, struktur og fremdrift i en travl hverdag.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet være:

Du vil arbejde med almindeligt sekretærarbejde, vagtplanlægning, kalenderstyring, koordinering af aftaler, håndtering af mails og telefoniske henvendelser, opfølgning på praktiske opgaver samt diverse administrative ad hoc-opgaver.

Du skal kunne lide at skabe overblik, få tingene til at glide og være den person, der hjælper med at samle trådene i hverdagen.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

Er struktureret, ansvarsbevidst, omstillingsparat og god til at kommunikere. Du arbejder selvstændigt, men trives også med at være en del af et team. Du har gerne erfaring med sekretærarbejde, administration, vagtplanlægning eller koordinering.

Erfaring fra sundhedssektoren er en fordel, men ikke et krav. Det vigtigste er, at du har lyst til at tage ansvar, lære nyt og bidrage positivt til arbejdspladsen.

Det er et ekstra plus, hvis du kan noget særligt

Måske er du skarp til sociale medier, kan lave flot content i Canva, CapCut, Adobe osv., har erfaring med bookingsystemer, vagtplanssystemer, Excel, AI-værktøjer, programmering, lagerstyring eller andre smarte digitale løsninger.

Det kan også være, du er god til kommunikation, struktur, systemoptimering, markedsføring eller noget helt tredje. Vi vil meget gerne høre, hvad du kan bidrage med ud over de klassiske sekretæropgaver.
