Выполнять функции, обеспечивающие нормальную бесперебойную эксплуатацию зданий, сооружений, спортивно-технического оборудования, предупреждающие их преждевременный износ и разрушение: - клеевая и известковая окраска фасадов зданий и сооружений, стен, потолков; - грунтовка поверхностей под простую, улучшенную окраску кистями, валиками, ручными краскопультами; - шпаклевка поверхностей под покраску; шлифовка прошпаклеванных поверхностей под все виды краски; приготовление окрасочных составов; масляная окраска стен, дверей, окон, потолков, полов, радиаторов, труб, металлических решеток; - смена обоев; - ремонт штукатурки стен; - ремонт облицовки стен, полов, потолков, плинтусов глазурованными плитками. - подгонка и ремонт деревянных дверных устройств, деревянных полов, встроенных шкафов, ремонт мебели (столов, стульев, шкафов); рекламных щитов; установка скобяных изделий; - нарезка стекол, остекление оконных устройств и витражей; - установка лесов и подмостей; - ремонт хоккейного борта; ремонт обрамления прыжковых ям и закладных толчковых брусков; - настилка и ремонт линолеумных полов; - ремонт и укрепление деревянных стен и перегородок, подоконных досок; - работа на деревообрабатывающем станочном оборудовании. 2.2. Поддерживать санитарный порядок и обеспечивать сохранность собственности стадиона на рабочем месте.
