Организация учебно-воспитательного процесса: Планирование работы педагогического коллектива (текущее и перспективное). Координация деятельности учителей и других педагогов по выполнению учебных планов и образовательных программ. Организация разработки учебно-методической документации. Составление расписания учебных занятий, факультативов и других видов деятельности, обеспечение замены уроков временно отсутствующих преподавателей, ведение журнала учёта пропущенных и замещённых уроков. Контроль за учебной нагрузкой обучающихся. Обеспечение качества образования: Организация разработки и реализации образовательной программы школы в соответствии с требованиями ФГОС. Анализ соответствия содержания предметных образовательных программ, используемых образовательных технологий, условий реализации образовательной программы и механизмов контроля учебно-воспитательного процесса требованиям ФГОС, оценка результатов и определение необходимых изменений. Организация работы по подготовке и проведению экзаменов, включая государственную итоговую аттестацию (ГИА). Контроль за своевременным составлением установленной отчётной документации, а также за правильным и своевременным ведением учителями классных журналов и другой школьной документации. Работа с педагогическими кадрами: Участие в подборе и расстановке педагогических кадров. Организация повышения квалификации педагогов в соответствии с перспективным планом. Участие в подготовке и проведении аттестации педагогических и других работников школы.
