The posting

Что обычно входит в обязанности: Поддерживать чистоту в закреплённых зонах. Это коридоры, лестницы, холлы, санузлы. Проводить ежедневную влажную уборку. Подметать и мыть полы (часто рекомендуют делать это дважды в день), удалять пыль с мебели, подоконников, дверных ручек, выключателей, поручней. Ухаживать за сантехникой. Чистить и дезинфицировать унитазы, раковины, другие сантехнические приборы. При этом важно соблюдать правила: дезинфицирующие растворы готовить в отдельном, недоступном для детей месте, а инвентарь для туалетов хранить отдельно от другого. Также нужно проверять наличие туалетной бумаги и мыла. Заниматься входной группой. Очищать металлические решётки и грязесборники у входа, мыть ступени перед дверью. Убирать мусор. Собирать мелкий бытовой мусор, освобождать урны (освобождать от бумаги, промывать и дезинфицировать), выносить мусор в контейнеры. Выполнять периодические задачи. Один раз в месяц мыть стены, двери, оконные рамы, стёкла, дверные блоки, убирать мусор за батареями, при необходимости утеплять окна на зиму. Ухаживать за растениями на закреплённой площади. Контролировать ресурсы. Следить за наличием моющих средств, инвентаря и других расходных материалов. Проводить профилактические действия. Перед началом работы обходить участок, чтобы проверить состояние окон, электроприборов (выключателей, розеток, лампочек), батарей и оборудования. По окончании выключить свет, проверить, закрыты ли краны, окна, двери. Соблюдать санитарные и гигиенические нормы, а также правила охраны труда и противопожарной защиты. В летнее время привлекаться к работам, связанным с косметическим ремонтом или благоустройством территории. Содержать в чистоте и порядке свой рабочий инвентарь.
