The posting

Vous intervenez sur les équipements de production et les infrastructures, avec une expertise aussi bien en électricité industrielle qu'en mécanique.

rattaché au Responsable Maintenance, l'électromécanicien assure l'entretien préventif et curatif des équipements de production et des infrastructures afin de garantir leur bon fonctionnement et leur disponibilité.

  • Effectuer l’entretien préventif et curatif du parc machine sur base des bons de travail planifiés dans le GMAO
  • Intervenir rapidement en cas de panne afin de limiter les arrêts de production
  • Assurer les interventions de maintenance électrique, incluant les mesures de tension, d'intensité et de continuité, ainsi que le câblage, le raccordement et le dépannage des moteurs électriques (notamment étoile-triangle)
  • Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements et proposer les actions correctives appropriées
  • Contacter les supports techniques des fabricants et fournisseurs en fonction de la complexité des pannes
  • Réaliser les travaux d'entretien et de réparation des bâtiments ainsi que participer aux projets d'installation, d'extension ou de modification des équipements et des infrastructures
  • Réaliser divers travaux de maintenance générale des bâtiments et des infrastructures, en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise
  • Participer à l'installation, au démarrage et à la mise en service de nouveaux équipements et à leurs modifications
  • Assurer l’entretien de travaux divers programmés (nettoyage des sols, cuves de lavage, filtres, …)
  • Assurer la mise à jour des bases de données du GMAO et l’encodage des travaux
  • Assurer le suivi des travaux des sous-traitants et en référer au responsable
  • Assurer l’encodage des demandes d’achats de matériel et le suivi des livraisons
  • Veiller au déploiement et au suivi des outils TPM (6S)
  • Respecter les normes de sécurité et les réglementations environnementales en vigueur
