Volg jij een opleiding in marketing, AI, communicatie, (creative) business of een vergelijkbare studie? Heb je interesse in een focus op content of growth marketing?

We hebben jouw creativiteit en vernieuwende ideeën nodig! Wij zijn namelijk op zoek naar een creatieve student die ons helpt met het maken van marketingcampagnes in woord én beeld. Dit betekent een focus op content creatie en/of growth marketing.

Wat ga je doen?

Dat bepaal je voornamelijk zelf! Afhankelijk van je opleiding en interesses stellen we een takenpakket samen dat aansluit bij de uitdagingen, doelstellingen en projecten die spelen binnen ons team. Is AI je beste vriend? Mooi, daar kunnen we nog veel in ontwikkelingen. Interesse in de Socials? Fijn, we kunnen je creativiteit goed gebruiken. Vlotte pen? Ook prima! Jouw teksten krijgen bij ons het podium dat ze verdienen.

Kortom, afhankelijk van jouw input, ideeën en talenten kijken we samen wat je gaat doen, zoals:

  • Vormgeving;
  • Webinarproducties;
  • Website-optimalisatie en -onderhoud;
  • E-mail marketing;
  • Social media;
  • Deep dive in de analytics;
  • Meedenken in plannen rondom AI.

Vanaf dag één nemen we je bij de hand en laten je zien hoe de praktijk werkt. Maar na verloop van tijd kun jij het (bijna) helemaal zelf en vertel je ons hoe het beter kan.

Met wie werk je samen? Natuurlijk sta je er niet alleen voor. Wij zijn onlangs gegroeid tot een team van zeven enthousiaste marketeers met ieder een eigen specialisme. Genoeg mogelijkheden dus om samen te groeien en van elkaar te leren.

Wie is 12Build? 12Build in het kort: Met een flinke portie Drive, Happiness en Openness bouwen wij aan een transparante bouwbranche. Wij zijn een SaaS platform dat bouwbedrijven verbindt en zo de samenwerking bevordert. We bestaan al bijna twintig jaar en groeien nog steeds. Inmiddels zijn we met meer dan 90 collega’s, verdeeld over 2 kantoren (Nijverdal en Zwolle). Een groot deel van de bouwwereld in de Benelux, Duitsland en Denemarken werkt al op ons platform en gebruikt onze software op dagelijkse basis. En we hebben de ambitie om heel Europa te veroveren.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je volgt HBO of WO-opleiding in marketing, communicatie of aanverwant (zoals creative business, bedrijfskunde, commerciële economie, artificial intelligence, business analytics of marketing analytics);
  • Je bent beschikbaar per februari 2027, voor een periode van ca. 1/2 jaar
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal foutloos, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Auch Deutsch wäre schön;
  • And English would be great;
  • Daarnaast ontvang je bonuspunten voor je pingpong of pool skills
