Вакансия: ВРАЧ - ТРАВМАТОЛОГ-ОРТОПЕД ГАУЗ СО Детская городская поликлиника №13 г. Екатеринбург ул. Буторина, 10 О нас Детская городская поликлиника №13 - это современное, динамично развивающееся медицинское учреждение. Наша миссия мы растем вместе с нашими пациентами, обеспечивая качественное медицинское сопровождение, профилактику, реабилитацию и гармоничное развитие личности. ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 1. Амбулаторный приём пациентов: Первичный и повторный приём детей с травмами и ортопедической патологией; Плановый приём детей и взрослых с нарушениями опорно-двигательного аппарата; Приём пациентов по направлению педиатров, хирургов, неврологов. 2. Диагностика ортопедической патологии: Скрининг нарушений осанки, сколиотической деформации, плоскостопия у детей всех возрастов; Диагностика врождённых и приобретённых заболеваний: дисплазия тазобедренных суставов, врождённый вывих бедра, и др. Выявление и лечение деформаций нижних конечностей (вальгусная/варусная установка стоп, Х-образные и О-образные ноги); Диагностика патологии позвоночника, суставов, связочного аппарата; Осмотр детей первого года жизни по скрининговой программе 3. Назначение лечения и ведение пациентов: Разработка индивидуальных планов лечения и реабилитации (ЛФК, массаж, физиотерапия, медикаментозная поддержка); Консультирование родителей: тактики лечения, необходимости ношения ортопедических изделий; Оформление направлений на МРТ, КТ, рентгенографию (контроль снимков, описание); Оформление санаторно-курортных карт, направлений на медико-социальную экспертизу (МСЭ). 4. Малые оперативные вмешательства в амбулаторных условиях . 5. Профилактическая работа: Профилактические осмотры организованных детей Санитарно-просветительная работа с родителями и детьми (профилактика травматизма, правильная обувь, режим физической активности); 6. Взаимодействие с коллегами. Условия: Стабильность и защищённость: Полное соблюдение ТК РФ График работы: Обсуждаем индивидуально возможен как стандартный 5/2 с 8:00 до 17:00 или 9:00 до 18:00, так и гибкий режим. Оснащение: Современный травматологический кабинет со всем необходимым. Рабочее место: Уютный кабинет на ул. Буторина, 10, с хорошим освещением, кондиционером, удобным оборудованием. Коллектив: Дружная команда профессионалов, взаимовыручка, поддержка старших коллег, регулярные разборы сложных случаев. Развитие: Курсы повышения квалификации, семинары, конференции. -Высшее медицинское образование (специальность Лечебное дело или Педиатрия ); Клиническая ординатура/интернатура по специальности Травматология и ортопедия; Действующий аккредитация по специальности Травматология и ортопедия; Опыт работы с детьми приветствуется (мы готовы рассмотреть в т.ч. ординаторов выпускных курсов и начинающих специалистов с наставничеством);.
