Основные должностные обязанности Управление и контроль работы котлов: Растопка, пуск и остановка котлов. Регулирование процесса горения топлива, поддержание оптимального режима работы. Наблюдение по контрольно-измерительным приборам (КИП) за уровнем воды в котле, давлением пара и температурой воды, подаваемой в систему. Корректировка нагрузки котлов в соответствии с графиком потребления пара или тепловыми нагрузгами. Техническое обслуживание и выявление неисправностей: Проведение профилактических осмотров котлов, вспомогательного оборудования (насосов, вентиляторов, дымососов), КИПиА. Выявление и устранение мелких неисправностей, участие в планово-предупредительном ремонте. Контроль качества питательной и котловой воды, проведение продувки котлов для удаления накипи и шлама, поддержание водно-химического режима.

Требования к оператору котельной складываются из базовых условий, профессиональной подготовки, требований к здоровью и навыков безопасной работы. Не ниже основного общего (9 классов). Техническое образование будет плюсом. Здоровье. Отсутствие медицинских противопоказаний. К ним относятся, например, серьёзные проблемы со зрением или слухом, тяжёлые болезни сердца, психические расстройства, эпилепсия, выраженные нарушения опорно-двигательного аппарата, тяжёлые хронические заболевания дыхательной системы. Обучение и квалификация Профессиональное обучение. Нужно пройти программы профессиональной подготовки, переподготовки или повышения квалификации по профессии Оператор котельной . После обучения выдаётся свидетельство о профессии рабочего с указанием разряда. Опыт работы. Требуется практический опыт не менее одного месяца под руководством аттестованного оператора (машиниста) котла. Требования к допуску и безопасности Медосмотры. Необходимо пройти обязательные предварительные (при поступлении на работу) и периодические медицинские осмотры. Их объём зависит от результатов специальной оценки условий труда (СОУТ) и выявленных вредных факторов.
