На базе нашей поликлиники успешно работает Городской центр спортивной медицины уникальная площадка, где мы внедряем передовые технологии лечения, профилактики и реабилитации спортсменов, применяются современные методики восстановления, включая высокотехнологичные аппаратные комплексы. Наш контактный центр это "сердце" поликлиники, первая линия общения с пациентами. Именно здесь начинается путь к здоровью каждого ребёнка. Мы ищем оператора контактного центра, который станет голосом нашей поликлиники добрым, компетентным и надёжным . Чем предстоит заниматься: 1. Приём и обработка входящих звонков: Приём звонков от родителей по единому телефонному номеру; Быстрая и точная идентификация потребности звонящего; Оформление вызовов врача на дом; Запись пациентов на приём к специалистам; Консультирование по вопросам работы поликлиники, графика приёма врачей, перечня услуг. 2. Работа с родителями: Спокойное, доброжелательное и грамотное общение с родителями, которые часто находятся в состоянии тревоги и стресса из-за болезни ребёнка; Работа по утверждённому речевому модулю и алгоритмам действий Психологическая поддержка родителей; Если оператор не может решить вопрос самостоятельно передача информации старшему администратору для дальнейшего решения. 3. Работа с информацией: Ведение документации, внесение информации в специализированные медицинские программы; Обработка обратных звонков для подтверждения записи; 4. Решение нестандартных ситуаций: Консультирование по вопросам платных услуг. Что мы ждём от вас: Образование: Среднее профессиональное или высшее образование; Опыт: Без опыта работы главное желание учиться и помогать людям; Личные качества: Грамотная устная и письменная речь, коммуникабельность, стрессоустойчивость, неконфликтность, доброжелательность, эмпатия; Технические навыки: Уверенный пользователь ПК, высокая скорость печати (от 180 ударов в минуту); Главное качество: Любовь к детям, понимание, что на другом конце провода тревожный родитель, которому нужна помощь и внимание . Мы предлагаем: Стабильность и защищённость: Полное соблюдение ТК РФ График работы: 1. Сменный график 2/2 2 дня работы, 2 дня отдыха ( с 8:00 до 20:00); 2. Пятидневная рабочая неделя - 5/2, 8-часовой рабочий день (с 8:00 до 17:00) . Коллектив: Дружная команда профессионалов, поддержка старших коллег, комфортная атмосфера . Обучение: Всему научим документированные пошаговые алгоритмы работы, речевые модули, обучение. Значимость: Вы первое лицо поликлиники.
