Обеспечивает своевременное и качественное проведение клинических лабораторных исследований на уровне современных достижений медицинской науки и практики. Распределяет работу между сотрудниками лаборатории, сам проводит положенное количество исследований. Осуществляет систематический контроль за работой сотрудников лаборатории, в том числе за качеством проводимых исследований. Осуществляет контроль за качеством ведения всей медицинской документации лаборатории. Проводит систематический анализ показателей деятельности лаборатории, готовит и представляет в установленные сроки отчеты о работе, разрабатывает на их основе мероприятия по совершенствованию деятельности лаборатории. Организует рациональное использование и правильную эксплуатацию имеющихся приборов, аппаратов, другого оборудования и реактивов. Обеспечивает своевременное приобретение необходимого оборудования, реактивов и т.п. для бесперебойной работы лаборатории. Обеспечивает проведение метрологической проверки оборудования и приборов. Контролирует учет материальных ценностей, их расход и списание. Обеспечивает условия по профилактике заболеваний и охране труда сотрудников. Ежедневное внесение данных в ЕГИСЗ.

Обязательно прохождение предварительного медицинского осмотра. Обязательно наличие сертификата/акккредитации по специальностям: "Клиническая лабораторная диагностика", "Бактериология". Требуется специалист на 0,5 ставки.
