Психолого-педагогическое и методическое сопровождение образовательного процесса: Формирование и реализация планов развивающей работы с учётом индивидуальных особенностей детей. Разработка программ развития универсальных учебных действий, воспитания и социализации, а также коррекционных программ. Создание психологических рекомендаций для разработки индивидуальных учебных планов, в том числе для одарённых детей. Проведение мониторинга личностного и метапредметного результата освоения образовательной программы. Участие в планировании и разработке программ с учётом возрастных и индивидуальных особенностей обучающихся. Психологическая экспертиза и мониторинг среды: Оценка комфортности и безопасности образовательной среды. Анализ эффективности используемых методов и средств обучения. Экспертиза программ развития школы с точки зрения их психологической безопасности. 3. Консультативная работа: Индивидуальные и групповые консультации с обучающимися по вопросам самопознания, профессионального самоопределения, взаимоотношений в коллективе. Консультации для педагогов по выбору образовательных технологий с учётом особенностей детей. Консультации для родителей по проблемам развития ребёнка, детско-родительских отношений. Консультирование администрации и педагогов по психологическим аспектам обучения и воспитания. Коррекционно-развивающая работа: Разработка и проведение коррекционно-развивающих занятий для развития интеллектуальной, эмоционально-волевой сферы, познавательных процессов, снятия тревожности. Совместная с другими специалистами (логопедами, дефектологами, социальными педагогами) коррекция выявленных нарушений развития и социализации. Проектирование индивидуальных образовательных маршрутов. Создание условий для детей с особыми образовательными потребностями. Психологическая диагностика: Проведение диагностики с использованием современных технологий, включая цифровые Скрининговые обследования для анализа динамики психического развития и выявления детей, нуждающихся в помощи. Составление психолого-педагогических заключений по результатам диагностики. Профилактическая работа: Проведение мероприятий по профилактике социальной дезадаптации, буллинга, деструктивного поведения. Реализация программ, направленных на формирование психологической устойчивости и безопасности. garant.ru Содействие в адаптации детей при переходе на новый этап обучения (из детского сада в школу, из начальной в среднюю). Психологическое просвещение: Формирование психологической культуры у обучающихся, педагогов и родителей. Проведение лекций, семинаров, тематических бесед. Ведение документации: Оформление и ведение планов работы, протоколов, журналов, психологических заключений и отчётов.
