The posting

Дворник выполняет следующие должностные обязанности: 1. Убирает тротуары и участок, прилегающий к зданию школы согласно поземельному плану. 2. На газонах скашивать траву 1-2 раза за сезон. 3. Не допускать зарастания газонов. 4. В дождливую погоду, уборку территории можно перенести на следующий день. 5. В зимнее время года тщательно очищать крылечки от снега и все подходы к школе, периметр школы должен быть очищен от снега на расстоянии 1 метр от стены. 6 Своевременно очищает от снега и льда тротуары, мостовые и дорожки, посыпает их песком. 7. Очищает пожарные колодцы для свободного доступа к ним в любое время; при обнаружении пожара немедленно ставит в известность пожарную охрану и администрацию школы. 8. Роет и прочищает канавки и лотки для стока воды. 9 .Промывает урны и периодически очищает их от мусора. 10. Наблюдает: за своевременной очисткой дворовых мусорных ящиков; за исправностью и сохранностью всего наружного домового оборудования и имущества (заборов, лестниц, карнизов, водосточных труб, урн, вывесок и т.п.); за сохранностью зеленых насаждений и их ограждений. 11. Спиливать сломанные ветки деревьев и кустов, делать обрезку кустов. 12. Следить, чтобы все люки колодцев, находящиеся на территории школы были всегда закрыты. 13.. Следить, чтобы на территории школы не допускались животные. 14. По окончании работы прибирать инструмент. 15.Увидев постороннего или неизвестного человека входящего в помещение школы или перемещающемуся по территории школы с подозрительными предметами в руках или без них сотрудник обязан. Остановить его. Поинтересоваться целью визита. Если цель визита или поведение постороннего вызывает у Вас подозрения препроводить его к охраннику или дежурному администратору. В случае невыполнения посторонним просьб и требований сотрудник сообщает об этом дежурному администратору, охраннику или самостоятельно вызывает дежурную группу ОВО по телефону ( специальному ASM каналу) находящемуся на вахте. 16. Участвует в обходах пришкольной территории, проводимых милицией; при обнаружении порчи или хищении имущества школы, нарушения общественного порядка немедленно сообщает администрации школы, а в экстренных случаях- непосредственно в милицию. 17. Оказывает первоначальную помощь лицам, пострадавшим от несчастных случаев, с немедленным сообщением о происшествии в ближайшее медицинское учреждение и администрации школы. 18. В каникулярное время обязаны помогать проводить текущий ремонт здания и оборудования школы, выполнять погрузо-разгрузочные работы проводимые в школе.
