Приём всей поступающей в учреждение корреспонденции и передача её конкретным сотрудникам для использования в процессе работы либо для подготовки ответов. Ведение делопроизводства, в том числе и в электронном виде. Предоставление в установленные сроки в Управление образования списков всех классов и списка всех преподавателей каждого учебного года. Оперативное внесение текущих изменений в составе контингента учащихся, преподавателей и других сотрудников учреждения. Подготовка проектов приказов и распоряжений по движению контингента учащихся. Оформление личных дел детей, принятых на обучение в образовательное учреждение. Ведение алфавитного журнала всех учащихся. Выполнение различных операций с использованием компьютерной техники по программам, предназначенным для сбора, обработки и предоставления информации. 1 Контроль над своевременным рассмотрением и подготовкой документов и распоряжений, принятых к исполнению конкретными сотрудниками учреждения. Составление различных писем, запросов и других документов, а также подготовка ответов авторам обращений по поручению директора образовательного учреждения или его заместителя. Контроль исполнения сотрудниками учреждения изданных приказов и распоряжений, а также соблюдения сроков исполнения указаний и поручений директора учреждения, взятых на контроль. Вызов сотрудников и учащихся по поручению директора учреждения. Подготовка общих собраний сотрудников школы, заседаний педагогического совета, а также совещаний, проводимых директором учреждения (сбор необходимых материалов, оповещение участников о времени, месте, повестке дня совещания и их регистрация). 1 Контроль обеспечения директора учреждения канцелярскими принадлежностями, средствами организационной техники, а также создание условий, способствующих эффективной работе директора учреждения. Формирование дел в соответствии с утверждённой номенклатурой, обеспечение их сохранности и сдача в архив в установленные сроки. 1 Приём личных заявлений сотрудников школы, учащихся и их родителей (или законных представителей) на подпись директору образовательного учреждения. Организация приёма посетителей, а также содействие оперативному рассмотрению просьб и предложений сотрудников учреждения

Профессиональные навыки: Уверенное владение ПК: MS Office Знание основ делопроизводства и умение работать с нормативными документами. Высокая скорость печати и грамотность (умение оформлять документы без ошибок). Личные качества: Стрессоустойчивость: Умение сохранять спокойствие и тактичность в общении с большим потоком людей (родители, ученики, проверяющие). Пунктуальность и ответственность: Понимание важности соблюдения сроков и конфиденциальности информации. Коммуникабельность: Грамотная устная и письменная речь, вежливость, умение работать в команде. Внимательность: Умение работать с большим объемом информации без потери деталей. Аккуратность: Опрятный внешний вид и содержание рабочего места.
