3.1. Автобус для перевозки обучающихся должен быть оборудован спереди и сзади предупреждающим знаком Дети, поясами безопасности для каждого пассажира, а также двумя огнетушителями и двумя медицинскими аптечками с набором необходимых медикаментов и перевязочных средств. 3.2. Водитель обязан не допускать воздействия на людей, находящихся в салоне автобуса следующих опасных факторов: -резкое торможение автобуса (кроме экстренного для предотвращения ДТП); -удар при столкновении с другими транспортными средствам препятствиями; -отравляющее воздействие угарного газа при нахождении в автобусе с работающим двигателем во время длительных стоянок или при возникновении неисправности системы выпуска отработавших газов; -отравляющее воздействие паров бензина при подтекании топлива вследствие неисправности системы питания двигателя; -воздействие высокой температуры и продуктов горения при возникновении пожара; -наезд проходящих транспортных средств на детей при их выходе на проезжую часть дороги. 3.3. Водитель перед выездом в рейс, а также при возвращении в гараж должен в установленном порядке пройти медицинский осмотр с отметкой в путевом листе и соответствующей записью в журнале предрейсовых и послерейсовых медицинских осмотров, контроль технического состояния автобуса механиком перед выпуском на линию и при возвращении в гараж, а также инструктаж по безопасности дорожного движения. 3.4. Водитель обязан лично убедиться: - в технической исправности автобуса;( внешнее и внутренне состояние салона, заправку его топливом, маслом и охлаждающей жидкостью); - состояние зеркал заднего вида, автомашин; - исправность аварийных выходов, агрегатов, систем, узлов и приборов, влияющих на безопасность движения; - работу вентиляции, отопления; - в наличии необходимой путевой документации; - в правильности оформления путевого листа; - в наличии спереди и сзади на кузове автобуса предупреждающего знака Дети; - в наличии двух исправных огнетушителей и двух укомплектованных медицинских аптечек; - в наличии и исправности поясов безопасности на каждом пассажирском месте.
