Обязанности: 1. Формирование участка и динамическое наблюдение. Врач формирует врачебный участок из прикреплённого контингента. Он регулярно наблюдает за физическим и нервно-психическим развитием детей, в том числе проводит первичный патронаж новорождённых и детей раннего возраста.2. Диагностическая и лечебная работа. Врач обследует детей, чтобы установить диагноз: собирает анамнез (жизни, перенесённых болезней, информацию о прививках), оценивает состояние и самочувствие. При необходимости он направляет ребёнка на лабораторные или инструментальные исследования, к узким специалистам или на госпитализацию. Также в его задачи входит разработка плана лечения: назначение медикаментозной, немедикаментозной терапии, диетотерапии, а также контроль её эффективности и безопасности. Отдельно стоит выделить работу с острыми состояниями: врач оценивает, требуется ли экстренная, неотложная или паллиативная помощь, и оказывает её. 3. Профилактическая деятельность. Сюда входит много направлений: организация и проведение профилактических осмотров в декретированные возрастные сроки; иммунопрофилактика (плановые прививки); формирование приверженности матерей к грудному вскармливанию; санитарно-просветительная работа: беседы с детьми, родителями и теми, кто ухаживает за ребёнком, по вопросам профилактики болезней и формирования здорового образа жизни; проведение мероприятий по раннему выявлению социально значимых заболеваний (гепатиты B и C, ВИЧ-инфекция, туберкулёз); организация санитарно-противоэпидемических мероприятий в очаге инфекции. 4. Диспансерное наблюдение. Врач ведёт детей с хроническими заболеваниями, длительно и часто болеющих, детей-инвалидов. Он контролирует состояние таких пациентов, организует их оздоровление и анализирует эффективность диспансерного наблюдения.5. Организационные и социальные задачи. Участковый педиатр: готовит детей к поступлению в образовательные учреждения; обеспечивает работу «стационара на дому»; организует выполнение индивидуальных программ реабилитации детей-инвалидов; при необходимости направляет информацию о детях и семьях социального риска в отделение медико-социальной помощи поликлиники, органы опеки и попечительства; оформляет документы для направления ребёнка на санаторно-курортное лечение, на медико-социальную экспертизу; готовит медицинскую документацию при передаче наблюдения за подростком во взрослую поликлинику при достижении им совершеннолетия; проводит экспертизу временной нетрудоспособности и оформляет соответствующую документацию; руководит деятельностью участковой медицинской сестры. 6. Документационная работа. Врач ведёт медицинскую документацию, в том числе в электронном виде. Он составляет план работы и отчёт, анализирует показатели заболеваемости, инвалидности и смертности на участке, предоставляет статистические данные по требованию руководства.
