1.Формирование и реализация планов развивающей работы с воспитанниками ДОУ с учетом их индивидуально-психологических особенностей. 2.Разработка программ развития универсальных учебных действий, программ воспитания и социализации воспитанников на основе ФОП (ФАОП) ДО. 3. Консультирование родителей по проблемам взаимоотношений с детьми, их развития и др.4.Разработка и реализация планов проведения коррекционно-развивающих занятий для детей.5.Создание психологически комфортных условий для развития личности ребенка в условиях реализации ФГОС ДО. 6.Сохранение психологического, соматического и социального благополучия детей в процессе воспитания и обучения в детском саду.7.Диагностическая, психокоррекционная, реабилитационная, консультативная работа.8.Выявление факторов, препятствующих развитию личности детей и принятие мер по оказанию им разных видов психологической помощи. 9.Просветительская работа с родителями по принятию особенностей поведения, миропонимания, интересов и склонностей, в том числе одаренности ребенка.

1. Высшее профессиональное образование по направлению Педагогика и психология . 2. Опыт работы в ДОУ от 1 до 3 лет. 3. Наличие действующих прививок согласно Национальному календарю профилактических прививок РФ. 4. Предоставление справки об отсутствии судимости. 5.Заключение психиатрической экспертизы. 6. Наличие действующей медицинской (санитарной) книжки. 7. Прохождение обязательного предварительного медицинского осмотра. 8. Прохождение санитарно-гигиенического обучения. 9. Знание возрастной психологии, психологии развития и педагогики детей дошкольного возраста (от 1,5 до 7 лет). 10. Владение методами психологической диагностики для оценки уровня развития детей, их готовности к школе, адаптации к детскому саду.11. Навыки проведения индивидуальной и групповой коррекционно-развивающей работы .12. Знание основ консультирования родителей по вопросам воспитания, детско-родительских отношений и возрастных кризисов. 13.Знание нормативно-правовой базы: ФГОС ДО, ФЗ Об образовании в РФ, Конвенция о правах ребенка. 14. Высокий уровень эмпатии, эмоциональная устойчивость и стрессоустойчивость.Терпение, доброжелательность и тактичность в общении с детьми и взрослыми.Наблюдательность и аналитический склад ума.Коммуникабельность и умение находить общий язык с родителями разного социального статуса.Ответственность, гибкость и креативность в подборе методов работы.Соблюдение профессиональной этики и принципа конфиденциальности.
