1. Осуществлять координацию деятельности педагогических работников в проектировании развивающей образовательной среды образовательного учреждения. 2. Оказывать методическую помощь педагогическим работникам, повышению их квалификации, развитию творческих инициатив. 3. Организовывать текущее и перспективное планирование деятельности образовательного учреждения. Координировать работу учителей, других педагогических, а также разрабатывать учебно-методическую и иную документацию, необходимую для деятельности образовательного учреждения. 4. Осуществлять контроль за качеством образовательного (учебного) процесса, объективностью оценки результатов образовательной деятельности обучающихся, работой факультативов, обеспечением уровня подготовки обучающихся, соответствующего требованиям ФГОС. Организовывать работу по подготовке и проведению экзаменов. 5. Оказывать помощь педагогическим работникам в освоении и разработке инновационных программ и технологий. 6. Организовывать учебную, методическую, внеклассную работу. 7. Обеспечивать своевременное составление, утверждение, представление отчетной документации. 8. Осуществлять комплектование и принимать меры по сохранению контингента обучающихся в кружках, контроль за учебной нагрузкой обучающихся. 9. Принимать участие в подборе и расстановке педагогических кадров; подготовке и проведении аттестации педагогических и других работников, организует повышение их квалификации и профессионального мастерства. 10. Координировать работу подчиненных ему работников. 11. Участвовать в работе педагогических, методических советов, объединений, других формах методической работы, в работе по проведению родительских собраний, в организации и проведении методической и консультативной помощи родителям (законным представителям) обучающихся, а также педагогическим работникам в пределах своей компетенции. 12. Осуществлять прогноз тенденций изменения ситуации в обществе и в образовании для корректировки стратегии развития образовательного учреждения; последствия запланированной методической и воспитательной работы. 13. Планировать и организовывать: принимать родителей (законных представителей) обучающихся по вопросам организации учебно-воспитательного процесса; правильное ведение непосредственно подчиненными работниками установленной отчетной документации. 14. Разрабатывать документы, обеспечивающие учебный процесс. 15. Консультировать участников образовательного процесса по вопросам в части своей компетенции. 16. Проводить оценку и экспертировать стратегические документы образовательного учреждения (образовательную программу, учебный план и т. п.); предложений по организации учебной и воспитательной работы и установлению связей с внешними партнерами.

Высшее педагогическое образование. Опыт работы по должности заместителя директора по УВР не менее 5 лет.1
