The posting

2.1. Осуществлять комплекс мероприятий по анестезиологии, реанимации и интенсивной терапии у больных, оперируемых на сердце, аорте и магистральных сосудах с нарушением функции жизненно важных органов и систем в периоперационном периоде. 2.2. Осматривать пациента накануне оперативного вмешательства, оценивать функциональное состояние жизненно важных систем организма и определять риск анестезии; назначать при необходимости, дополнительные исследования; назначать премедикацию; свою консультацию регистрировать по установленной форме в истории болезни. 2.3. Владеть методами анестезиологического обеспечения операций на сердце, аорте и магистральных сосудах, выполняемых с и без применения искусственного кровообращения. При затруднениях выбора метода обезболивания согласовывает вопрос с заведующим отделения. 2.4. Обеспечивать своевременное и качественное оформление медицинской и иной документации в соответствии с установленными правилами. 2.5. После окончания операции передавать больного врачу кардиореанимационного блока с фиксацией в истории болезни особенностей и осложнений анестезии и искусственного кровообращения. 2.6. Следить за выполнением назначений врача средним медицинским персоналом. 2.7. При проведении мероприятий по реанимации и интенсивной терапии досконально знать состояние больных, применять весь имеющийся в его распоряжении арсенал медицинских средств и способов лечения. 2.8. Определять тактику лечения послеоперационных осложнений, руководствуясь современными представлениями о этиопатогенезе критических состояний в кардиохирургии и реаниматологии, знаниями механизмов воздействия, методов интенсивной терапии и реанимации на функцию органов и систем оперированного пациента.
