вести воинский учет и бронирование граждан; проверять наличие и подлинность документов воинского учета, а также подлинность записей в них, наличие отметок о постановке на воинский учет по месту жительства или по месту их пребывания; проверять соответствие данных документов воинского учета паспортным данным гражданина, наличие фотографии и ее соответствие владельцу, а во временных удостоверениях, выданных взамен военных билетов, кроме того, и срок действия; заполнять карточки военнообязанных и призывников по форме № 10 в соответствии с записями в документах воинского учета; разъяснять вновь принимаемым работникам порядок исполнения ими обязанностей по воинскому учету, мобилизационной подготовке и мобилизации, установленных законодательством Российской Федерации; разрабатывать (ежегодно) план работы по ведению воинского учета и бронированию в Обществе и согласовывать его с военным комиссариатом; организовать оформление надлежащим образом журнала проверок осуществления воинского учета и бронирования граждан, пребывающих в запасе Вооруженных Сил РФ; направлять для ведения воинского учета сведения о гражданах, состоящих на воинском учете, а также не состоящих, но обязанных состоять на таком учете; оформлять документы, необходимые работникам Общества, для назначения пенсий, установления льгот и компенсаций; подготавливать проекты документов по процедурам управления персоналом, учету и движению персонала; готовить по запросу государственных органов, представительных органов работников оригиналы, выписки, копии документов и предоставляет в электронном виде сведения, регламентирующие трудовые отношения и имеющие отношение к регламентации трудовых отношений.

знать порядок ведения специальной отчетности по воинскому учету кадров предприятия; знать правила оформления учтенных документов, предоставляемых в государственные органы; законодательство Российской Федерации о персональных данных; порядок оформления, ведения и хранения трудовых книжек; средства вычислительной техники, программу 1С:ERP Управление предприятием в части менеджмента кадров с сотрудниками, программы Microsoft Word и Microsoft Excel.
