1. Содержание прилегающей территории в надлежащем санитарном состоянии: Уборка территории: Ежедневная уборка закрепленного за школой участка территории, включая: Очистку тротуаров, дорожек, проездов и площадок от мусора, опавших листьев, снега и льда. Уборку урн от мусора по мере наполнения и доставка его в установленное место для сбора. Поддержание чистоты у входных дверей в здание школы. Уборку территории спортивных площадок, детских игровых зон (при их наличии и закреплении за дворником). Сезонные работы: В зимний период: Очистка территории от снега и наледи, посыпка дорожек и тротуаров песком или противогололедными реагентами для предотвращения травматизма. В осенний период: Сбор и вывоз опавшей листвы. В весенне-летний период: Уборка территории после зимы, поддержание чистоты, уход за зелеными насаждениями (посев, полив, прополка клумб, газонов, при наличии таковых и если это входит в обязанности). 2. Обеспечение безопасности на территории: Предотвращение травматизма: Своевременное устранение источников опасности (например, прибить торчащий гвоздь, убрать разбитое стекло, выровнять шаткую плитку) или немедленное информирование администрации школы о необходимости устранения таких опасностей. Контроль территории: Следить за порядком на закрепленной территории, не допускать нахождения посторонних лиц в нерабочее время (при необходимости сообщить охране или администрации). Состояние малых архитектурных форм: Поддержание в чистоте и исправности скамеек, урн, ограждений, детских игровых форм (если это входит в обязанности). 3. Работа с инвентарем и материалами: Содержание инвентаря: Бережное отношение к рабочему инвентарю (лопаты, метлы, грабли, тележки, тачки, скребки, поливочные шланги), его своевременная очистка и ремонт (мелкий). Хранение инвентаря: Хранение рабочего инвентаря в специально отведенном месте. Использование материалов: Правильное применение противогололедных материалов, моющих средств (если применяется). 4. Соблюдение правил и инструкций: Охрана труда: Соблюдение правил охраны труда, техники безопасности и пожарной безопасности при выполнении работ. Правила внутреннего распорядка: Соблюдение Правил внутреннего трудового распорядка школы. Медицинские осмотры: Прохождение обязательных периодических медицинских осмотров.
