The posting

Врач физической и реабилитационной медицины должен: 1. Оказание медицинской помощи населению при нарушении функций и жизнедеятельности при осуществении взаимодействия с актуальной окружающей средой при основных инвалидизирующих заболеваниях и повреждениях: нарушениях функций ЦНС, нарушениях функций опорнодвигательного аппарата и периферической нервной системы, при соматической патологии. 2. Проведение обследования населения с нарушениями функций и жизнедеятельности при различных заболеваниях и или/состояниях и повреждениях организма на различных этапах оказания помощи по медицинской реабилитации/абилитации в медицинских организациях различного уровня с целью определения реабилитационного диагноза, реабилитационного потенциала, реабилитационных метрик. 3. Проведение обследования детей с целью определения уровня физического и психомоторного развития от 0 до 3-х лет с целью выявления нарушений соответствия функций должному возрастному уровню, формулирования абилитационного диагноза, абилитационного потенциала, реабилитационных метрик . 4. Проведение мультидисциплинарного обсуждения реабилитационного потенциала пациента с целью формулирования цели и задач медицинской реабилитации/абилитации. 5. Назначение средств и форм медицинской реабилитации пациентам с нарушениями функций и жизнедеятельности при различных заболеваниях и/или состояниях и повреждениях организма и формирование индивидуальной программы реабилитации/абилитации в зависимости от этапа медицинской реабилитации и уровня медицинской организации, оказывающей помощь по медицинской реабилитации. 6. Реализация и контроль эффективности выполнения индивидуальных программ медицинской реабилитации/абилитации пациентам с нарушениями функций и жизнедеятельности при различных заболеваниях и/или состояниях и повреждениях организма членами мультидисциплинарной команды специалистов в зависимости от этапа медицинской реабилитации и уровня медицинской организации, оказывающей помощь по медицинской реабилитации. 7. Оценка эффективности работы отдельных специалистов мудьтидисциплинарных команд (медицинской сестры, специалиста по физической реабилитации, логопеда, медицинского психолога, эрготерапевта, социального работника) в процессе реализации индивидуальной программы реабилитации. 8. Проведение профилактических мероприятий и санитарнопросветительской работы по формированию активной жизненной позиции -мотивации у пациентов в процессе проведения мероприятий медицинской реабилитации, у пациентов со стойкими нарушениями функций и утратой здоровья и их родственников. 9. Проведение анализа медикостатистической информации, ведение медицинской документации, организация деятельности членов мультидисциплинарной реабилитационной команды и подчиненного медицинского персонала
