1. Работа с пациентом (диагностика и лечение): Проведение обследования для постановки диагноза: сбор жалоб и анамнеза, осмотр, интерпретация данных. Формулирование предварительного диагноза и составление плана лабораторных и инструментальных обследований. Направление пациентов на обследования (лабораторные, инструментальные) и на консультации к другим специалистам в соответствии с порядками оказания медпомощи, клиническими рекомендациями и стандартами. Установление диагноза с учётом действующей МКБ. Назначение лечения и контроль его эффективности и безопасности. 2. Реабилитация и профилактика: Проведение и контроль эффективности медицинской реабилитации (в том числе в рамках индивидуальных программ абилитации инвалидов). Оценка способности пациента к трудовой деятельности. Проведение и контроль мероприятий по первичной и вторичной профилактике заболеваний нервной системы. Пропаганда здорового образа жизни, санитарно-гигиеническое просвещение населения. Проведение диспансеризации для раннего выявления заболеваний и факторов риска их развития. Диспансерное наблюдение за пациентами с хроническими заболеваниями нервной системы. Профилактические мероприятия: предупреждение сосудистых заболеваний головного мозга, прогрессирования когнитивных нарушений, болевых синдромов в спине, мигрени. 3. Организационные и вспомогательные задачи: Оказание паллиативной медицинской помощи пациентам с заболеваниями нервной системы. Проведение медицинских освидетельствований и экспертиз. Анализ медико-статистической информации (изучение показателей заболеваемости, инвалидности) для оценки здоровья прикреплённого населения. Ведение медицинской документации (в том числе в электронном виде) и контроль качества её ведения. Организация деятельности медицинского персонала, который находится в распоряжении врача. Оказание медицинской помощи в экстренной форме. Обеспечение внутреннего контроля качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности.

Высшее образование специалитет по специальности Лечебное дело или Педиатрия . Затем подготовка в интернатуре и (или) ординатуре по специальности Неврология или ординатура будет по другой смежной специальности: Нейрохирургия, Общая врачебная практика (семейная медицина), Педиатрия, Терапия или Эндокринология . свидетельство об аккредитации по специальности Неврология .
