Трудовые функции. В инструкции, составленной на основе профстандарта, обычно закрепляют такие направления: проектирование и реализация образовательной деятельности в части области Художественно-эстетическое развитие; создание безопасной и психологически комфортной среды; проведение мониторинга (в начале года чтобы выявить потребности детей, в конце чтобы оценить динамику освоения программы); участие в массовых мероприятиях (утренники, конкурсы); интеграция с другими специалистами (воспитателями, логопедом, психологом); взаимодействие с семьями (родительские собрания); методическая работа (педсоветы, семинары). Что нужно уметь. Например: владеть разными формами и методами обучения музыке (в том числе выходящими за рамки обычных занятий проектная деятельность); подбирать подходы, чтобы вовлечь в работу всех детей, в том числе с особыми образовательными потребностями; организовывать культурно-досуговые мероприятия; мотивировать детей, управлять группой, чтобы вовлечь воспитанников в музыкальную деятельность; общаться с детьми, признавая их достоинство. Что нужно знать. Специфику музыкального развития детей дошкольного возраста; современные образовательные музыкальные технологии и достижения музыкальной культуры; основы педагогики и психологии; требования ФГОС ДО; способы создания развивающей среды в музыкальном зале. Требования к образованию. На должность принимают при одном из вариантов: высшее или среднее профессиональное образование в укрупнённой группе Образование и педагогические науки; или образование в области, соответствующей предмету Музыка; или высшее/среднее профессиональное образование плюс дополнительное профобразование (профессиональная переподготовка) по направлению деятельности в дошкольном образовательном учреждении. Требований к стажу нет. Особые условия допуска к работе. Помимо отсутствия ограничений на педагогическую деятельность (по ст. 331 ТК РФ), нужно проходить обязательные медосмотры (при поступлении и периодически), психиатрическое освидетельствование (не реже раза в 5 лет), профессиональную гигиеническую подготовку и аттестацию (при приёме и далее не реже раза в 2 года), вакцинацию. Также требуется личная медицинская книжка с результатами обследований и сведениями о прививках.
