Poszukuje Head of Platform Engineering, który dołączy do projektu w branży healthtech.

Głównym wyzwaniem będzie kierowanie całym obszarem Platform Engineering, który będzie odpowiadać za technologiczne fundamenty dla wszystkich rozwijanych produktów cyfrowych. Szukamy kogoś, kto ma doświadczenie w budowaniu większych organizacji inżynierskich i chce mieć realny wpływ na to, jak wygląda engineering w całej firmie.

Wymagania:

  • Min. 8 lat doświadczenia w leadershipie technologicznym - np. Engineering Director, Head of Engineering, Head of Platform Engineering lub podobnej roli.
  • Doświadczenie w budowaniu i skalowaniu organizacji Platform Engineering, DevOps lub Developer Experience.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość architektury chmurowej, Kubernetes i systemów rozproszonych.
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie z Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitHub, GitOps i Infrastructure as Code.
  • Znajomość Monitoring & Observability oraz SRE.
  • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu i rozwijaniu Internal Developer Platform.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu wieloma zespołami technologicznymi.
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia transformacji organizacyjnych i technologicznych.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z organizacjami produktowymi i Product Operating Model.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego.
  • Zainteresowanie technologią, automatyzacją, AI i Developer Experience.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Tworzenie i realizacja strategii Platform Engineering dla całej organizacji.
  • Budowanie i rozwój zespołów odpowiedzialnych m.in. za Internal Developer Platform, API Management, CI/CD, Monitoring & Observability oraz Engineering Excellence.
  • Rozwój Internal Developer Platform, która zwiększy produktywność i samodzielność zespołów produktowych.
  • Odpowiedzialność za wspólne platformy technologiczne wykorzystywane przez zespoły IT.
  • Rozwijanie praktyk Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code i SRE.
  • Ustalanie standardów dotyczących jakości, bezpieczeństwa, automatyzacji i niezawodności.
  • Rozwój procesów związanych z dostarczaniem i utrzymaniem oprogramowania.
  • Współpraca z Engineering Directorami, Head of Product, architektami i liderami technologicznymi.
  • Budowanie wspólnego kierunku dla architektury i technologii wykorzystywanych w organizacji.
  • Odpowiedzialność za budżet, roadmapę i strategiczne planowanie obszaru Platform IT.
  • Rozwijanie kultury Engineering Excellence. Z naciskiem na produktywność, jakość i dobre Developer Experience.
  • Szukanie i wdrażanie rozwiązań wykorzystujących AI i agentic AI w całym procesie tworzenia oprogramowania.
