Du kommer huvudsakligen att jobba med att upprätthålla kontakten med våra befintliga kunder genom uppföljande samtal. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: ✔️ Genomföra "Happy Calls": Ringa proaktiva och relationsbyggande samtal till våra befintliga kunder för att följa upp deras upplevelse och säkerställa högt NPS. ✔️ Hantera kundnöjdhetsplattformar: Administrera och följa upp omdömen på plattformar som Trustpilot och interna enkäter. ✔️ Marknadsadministration: Stötta marknadsavdelningen med varierade administrativa uppgifter.
