Deine Position

Als Bauleiter Photovoltaik übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer PV-Projekte auf der DC-Seite. Du koordinierst sowohl unsere eigenen Montageteams als auch externe Subunternehmer und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Baustellen effizient, sicher und in höchster Qualität abgewickelt werden.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Organisation von Photovoltaik-Baustellen auf der DC-Seite
  • Koordination, Steuerung und Qualitätskontrolle unserer eigenen Montageteams sowie externer Subdienstleister
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Bauablauf- und Einsatzplänen
  • Sicherstellung einer termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Projektabwicklung
  • Fachliche Führung und Einsatzplanung der Monteure
  • Überwachung der Montage der Unterkonstruktion, Installation der PV-Module sowie Verlegung der DC-Verkabelung bis zur Hauseinführung
  • Kontrolle der fachgerechten Ausführung gemäß technischen Vorgaben und geltenden Normen
  • Durchführung von Baustellenabnahmen sowie technische Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Arbeitssicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltvorschriften
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden
  • Material- und Logistikkoordination in Abstimmung mit der der Projektkoordination und den Standorten
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Montageprozessen
  • Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und Berichterstattung an die Montageleitung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dachdecker, Zimmermann, Elektroniker oder vergleichbare handwerkliche Ausbildung (m/w/d) oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Photovoltaik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Montage von Photovoltaikanlagen, idealerweise mit erster Bauleitungs- oder Führungserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination von Montageteams und Subunternehmern
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Dachmontage und DC-Installation von Photovoltaikanlagen
  • Höhentauglichkeit sowie Erfahrung bei Arbeiten auf Dächern
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Nachunternehmern
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Russischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft
