Mit 1KOMMA5° Commercial, Industrial & Public Solutions übertragen wir diese Kompetenz auf Gewerbe-, Industrie- und öffentliche Gebäudeportfolios. Wir entwickeln, bauen und betreiben skalierbare New-Energy-Infrastrukturen — von Photovoltaik über Speicher und Ladeinfrastruktur bis hin zu Energiemanagement und portfolioübergreifender Steuerung.

Deine Position

  • Wirksame Entlastung der Geschäftsführung im operativen sowie strategischen Tagesgeschäft und eigenständiges Vorantreiben zukunftsweisender Management-Entscheidungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung abteilungsübergreifender Sonderprojekte und strategischer Initiativen wie neuer Partnerschaften oder Prozessskalierungen
  • Funktion als zentrale Schnittstelle zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation zwischen Management, Fachbereichen (Legal, Ops, Sales, Product) und externen Stakeholdern
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung relevanter Performance-KPIs sowie Erstellung transparenter Reportings zur messbaren Nachverfolgung aller Unternehmensziele
  • Sicherstellung schlanker Freigabeprozesse, Ausarbeitung fundierter Entscheidungsvorlagen sowie Begleitung strategischer HR- und Organisationsprojekte

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens 3–5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Managementberatung, im Corporate Development, Venture Capital oder in einer vergleichbaren Stabs- und Operations-Rolle im Scale-up-Umfeld
  • Nachweisbare Stärke in der Führung ohne disziplinarische Verantwortung („Influence Leadership“) sowie ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches und strategisches Denkvermögen
  • Hohe Empathie, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Moderationsgeschick gepaart mit absoluter Integrität und Loyalität gegenüber der Geschäftsführung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgeprägte Priorisierungs- und Entscheidungskompetenz bei komplexen Fragestellungen
