Deine Position

  • Du entwickelst die YouTube-Strategie von 1KOMMA5° und verantwortest den Redaktionsplan end-to-end
  • Du baust ein Community-Management auf, das negative Kommentare und Videos nicht ignoriert, sondern aktiv beantwortet — bis hin zu eigenen Stellungnahme-Formaten
  • Du entwickelst und produzierst unterschiedliche Formate: von Long-Form-Kundenbegleitungen über bewusst unaufwendige Kunden-Shorts bis zu großen Erklärvideos
  • Du bringst erste Live-Formate an den Start
  • Du machst den Lead- und Conversion-Beitrag von YouTube für den Sales-Funnel messbar
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Content-& Community-Management & Organic Search Team zusammen, um YouTube als Hebel für die Platzierung in Google AI Overviews zu nutzen

Dein Profil

  • Zwei bis vier Jahre YouTube. Du hast einen Kanal wachsen sehen, den du selbst verantwortet oder maßgeblich geprägt hast — bei einer Marke, einem Medienhaus, einer Agentur oder als Creator.
  • Format-Denken. Du denkst in Serien, Hooks und Spannungsbögen statt in Themenlisten. Und du kannst erklären, warum ein Video in Sekunde 12 verloren geht.
  • Zahlenverständnis. YouTube Analytics ist für dich kein Reporting-Tool, sondern Arbeitsgerät. Du entscheidest auf Basis von Retention, nicht auf Basis von Geschmack.
  • Handwerk. Du schreibst gute Skripte und Titel, briefst Schnitt und Thumbnails präzise und erkennst schwachen Content, bevor er online geht. Eigene Schnitt-Skills sind willkommen, aber keine Pflicht.
  • Creator-Erfahrung. Du hast mit Creators oder Influencern gearbeitet und weißt, was eine Kooperation echt wirken lässt.
  • Eigenantrieb. Du wartest nicht auf ein Briefing. Du kommst mit einer Formatidee, einem Testplan und einer Meinung.
  • Sprache. Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau, Englisch sicher im Arbeitsalltag.
