Deine Position

  • Gesamtverantwortung für unseren deutschlandweiten Online-Vertrieb aus Berlin mit mehreren Sales-Teams unter der Führung eigener Teamleads
  • Führung & Entwicklung der Teamleads und Sales-Organisation mit klaren Standards für Performance, Zusammenarbeit und Vertriebskultur
  • Verantwortung für Umsatz und Vertriebsperformance sowie datenbasierte Steuerung über relevante KPIs, Pipeline, Conversion Rates und Forecasts
  • Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen und Vertriebsprozessen, um unseren Inside Sales effizient und skalierbar aufzustellen
  • Hands-on Leadership: Du bist nah an den Teams und am operativen Geschäft, coachst deine Führungskräfte und greifst gezielt ein, wenn Performance oder Abschlussquoten hinter den Erwartungen bleiben
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebs in enger Zusammenarbeit mit CRO, Marketing, Operations und weiteren relevanten Schnittstellen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise bereits in der Führung mehrerer Sales-Teams und Teamleads
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau, in der Skalierung und Performance-Steuerung von Inside-/Online-Sales-Organisationen, idealerweise im B2C-Umfeld
  • Starke Führungspersönlichkeit mit Charisma, Präsenz und Durchsetzungsstärke, die Menschen für ambitionierte Ziele gewinnen und hohe Leistungsstandards etablieren kann
  • Ausgeprägtes kommerzielles und datengetriebenes Verständnis mit sicherem Umgang mit Sales-KPIs, Funnel, Forecasting und Performance-Management
  • Hohe Strukturierungs- und Umsetzungsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, klare Prozesse und Verantwortlichkeiten über mehrere Teams hinweg zu etablieren
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte; Erfahrung mit Photovoltaik, Wärmepumpen, Batteriespeichern oder Energy Tech ist von Vorteil
  • Hands-on Mentalität und hohe Präsenz in unserem Berliner Büro
