Mit 1KOMMA5° Commercial, Industrial & Public Solutions übertragen wir diese Kompetenz auf Gewerbe-, Industrie- und öffentliche Gebäudeportfolios. Wir entwickeln, bauen und betreiben skalierbare New-Energy-Infrastrukturen — von Photovoltaik über Speicher und Ladeinfrastruktur bis hin zu Energiemanagement und portfolioübergreifender Steuerung.

Deine Position

  • Gesamtverantwortliche Steuerung aller schlüsselfertigen Großprojekte (Multi-MW-PV, BESS, LIS, EMS) hinsichtlich Termine, Budget, Qualität, P&L und Marge
  • Disziplinarische und laterale Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des Projektleiter-Teams innerhalb einer dynamischen Matrixorganisation
  • Kontinuierliche Abstimmung von Kapazitäten mit den Köpfen aus Engineering und Technischer Betriebsleitung zur optimalen Ressourcenallokation
  • Etablierung verbindlicher PM-Standards und Stage-Gate-Prozesse vom Sales-Handover über Ausführung und Netzanschluss bis zum Projektabschluss
  • Konsequentes Durchsetzen von Nachträgen (VOB/B, BGB, EPC) sowie Übernahme des Portfoliomonitorings inklusive regelmäßigen Risikoreportings an die Geschäftsführung

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Elektrotechnik, des Bauingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation mit BWL-Zusatz
  • Mindestens 5–8 Jahre fundierte EPC-Berufserfahrung im schlüsselfertigen Projektmanagement von Großprojekten der Erneuerbaren Energien (PV-Aufdach, BESS, LIS)
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der disziplinarischen Führung von Projektleitungen sowie in der lateralen Führung interdisziplinärer Teams in Matrixstrukturen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bau- und Werkvertragsrecht (VOB/B, BGB, EPC-Verträge) mit erprobter Durchsetzungsstärke im aktiven Claim-Management
  • Solides technisches Systemverständnis für Mittelspannungsanschlüsse, Trafo-Stationen und Netzbetreiberschnittstellen gepaart mit verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen
