Deine Position

Als People Operations Manager begleitest du unsere Mitarbeitenden entlang ihrer Employee Journey. Du bist Ansprechperson für People-Fragen und unterstützt uns tatkräftig dabei, unsere ambitionierte Vision zu erreichen. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Talent Management und Office Team zusammen, um so unsere Mitarbeitenden bestmöglich zu unterstützen.

  • Du kümmerst dich im Team um die Personaladministration unserer Mitarbeitenden vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Die Pflege der Personalakten sowie sämtlicher Personalstammdaten liegt ebenfalls in deinem Aufgabenbereich
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende in personalrelevanten Angelegenheiten
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Kündigungen, Arbeitszeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
  • Du unterstützt das Team im Aufbau von Prozessen und Strukturen
  • Du unterstützt in der vorbereitenden Lohnbuchhaltung

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft / Personalwesen
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalbetreuung und konntest dir fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie im Bereich Lohn aneignen
  • Du hast ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Du bist geübt im Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen
  • Dich zeichnet eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eigenverantwortliches, proaktives Handeln aus
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und ein hohes Maß an Motivation runden dein Profil ab
