Deine Position

Als Praktikant:in im Business Development (Operations) unterstützt du direkt die Head of Business Development bei strategischen und operativen Projekten. Du arbeitest an wechselnden Themen, baust neue Initiativen mit auf und hilfst dabei, Projekte strukturiert ins Ziel zu bringen – mit viel Verantwortung und hoher Sichtbarkeit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Head of Business Development im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei strategischen und operativen Projekten
  • Analyse von Zahlen, KPIs und Performance-Daten (z. B. Standort-/Prozesskennzahlen) und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Mitarbeit beim Aufbau neuer Themen & Initiativen (z. B. Prozesse, Tools, Rollouts, operative Verbesserungen)
  • Projektmanagement & Umsetzungssupport: Strukturieren von Aufgaben, Nachhalten von Timelines, Koordination mit relevanten Teams/Standorten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Standorten und zentralen Teams, um Lösungen pragmatisch in die Umsetzung zu bringen

Dein Profil

  • Du bist zahlenaffin und arbeitest gerne analytisch und strukturiert
  • Sehr gute Excel-/Google-Sheets-Kenntnisse (z. B. Pivot, komplexere Formeln, saubere Datenaufbereitung)
  • Du bist proaktiv, denkst mit, erkennst Themen frühzeitig und bringst eigene Ideen ein
  • Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich und übernimmst Ownership – mit dem Anspruch, Dinge wirklich voranzubringen
  • Du kommunizierst klar, kannst dich gut organisieren und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohl
  • Du findest Handwerk spannend und kannst dich mit der Mission und Idee von 1KOMMA5° identifizieren
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
