Deine Position

Du suchst kein Praktikum zum Kaffeekochen, sondern ein Umfeld, in dem du in kürzester Zeit massiv wachsen kannst? In unserer neuen Digital Growth Unit baust du aktiv mit auf:

  • Sales Excellence: Du führst tägliche Videocalls mit qualifizierten Leads (keine Kaltakquise!) und lernst, wie man Menschen für komplexe Tech-Produkte begeistert.
  • Growth Hacking: Du analysierst Kundendaten, testest Hypothesen und hilfst dabei, unseren Digital-Sales-Prozess zu optimieren.
  • Schnittstellen-Erfahrung: Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams aus CRO, Operations und Produkt zusammen und bringst frische Impulse für die Weiterentwicklung von Heartbeat ein.
  • High-Potential Training: Wir schärfen deine Argumentation und heben deine Sales-Skills auf ein professionelles Niveau. Das ist ein perfektes Fundament für deine weitere Karriere.
