Deine Position

Du suchst ein Umfeld, in dem du in kürzester Zeit stark wachsen kannst? Bei uns baust du eine neue Wachstums-Unit mit auf und bringst unser Energymanagementsystem Heartbeat zu tausenden Haushalten – mit spürbarem Impact.

  • Du prägst den Aufbau unserer neuen digitalen Vertriebseinheit aktiv mit
  • Du analysierst Kundendaten, testest Hypothesen und leitest konkrete Optimierungen für unseren Digital-Sales ab
  • Du führst täglich Videocalls mit qualifizierten Leads – keine Kaltakquise
  • Du bringst Impulse für die Weiterentwicklung von Heartbeat und Tarifangeboten ein
  • Du verkaufst ein richtig starkes Produkt, indem du private Hausbesitzer:innen für Heartbeat & den dynamischen Stromtarif begeisterst und ihren konkreten Mehrwert zeigst
  • Du entwickelst dich in kürzester Zeit spürbar weiter, schärfst deine Argumentation und hebst deine Sales-Skills auf High-Potential-Niveau

Dein Profil

  • Erste Erfahrung in Startups, Venture, Consulting oder anderen High-Pace-Umfeldern
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und echtes Interesse an Kund:innen und Energieinnovation
  • Drive für persönliches und fachliches Wachstum sowie den Wunsch, früh Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Struktur und echtes Interesse daran, wie Kund:innen wirklich ticken, zeichnen dich aus
  • Du bringst bereits praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kund:innen, Projekten oder unternehmerischen Fragestellungen mit
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten macht dir Spaß, gleichzeitig schätzt du gute Teamarbeit
  • Wachstum, Lernen und Weiterentwicklung sind dir wichtig und motivieren dich
  • Eine ausgeprägte Technik- oder Vertriebsexpertise ist nicht erforderlich – entscheidend sind Neugier, Lernbereitschaft und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
