Deine Position

Du suchst ein Umfeld, in dem du in kürzester Zeit stark wachsen kannst? Bei uns baust du eine neue Wachstums-Unit mit auf und bringst unser Energymanagementsystem Heartbeat zu tausenden Haushalten – mit spürbarem Impact.

  • Du führst täglich Telefon- und Videocalls mit vorqualifizierten Leads durch – ohne Kaltakquise
  • Du leitest Kund:innen strukturiert und zielorientiert durch den gesamten Entscheidungsprozess bis zum Abschluss
  • Du verbesserst deine Closing-Skills kontinuierlich durch tägliche Feedback-Loops und gezieltes Coaching
  • Du managst deine Pipeline und deinen Funnel präzise – mit Fokus auf Schlagzahl, Qualität und Conversion
  • Du machst Heartbeat & den dynamischen Tarif klar verständlich und erlebbar für Kund:innen
  • Du nutzt Best Practices, teilst deine Learnings im Team und trägst aktiv zur Skalierung unserer digitalen Sales Engine bei
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Teamlead, Operations und Produkt zusammen, um Prozesse zu optimieren und neue Ansätze zu testen
  • Du übergibst abgeschlossene Deals sauber an das Projektmanagement und sorgst für eine reibungslose Customer Journey

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im High-Volume Sales und sicherer Umgang mit schnellen Sales-Zyklen
  • Ausgeprägter Drive, hohes Tempo und der Anspruch, jeden Tag besser zu werden
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, klare Priorisierung und Freude daran, mit Daten und KPIs zu steuern
  • Bereitschaft, neue Ansätze zu testen, Feedback anzunehmen und schnell in die Praxis umzusetzen
  • Begeisterung für direkte Wirkung: Kund:innen überzeugen, Deals closen und die Energiezukunft aktiv mitgestalten
