Deine Position

  • Berate und verkaufe mit uns ganzheitlich – von Photovoltaik über Stromspeicher, Wärmepumpen und Wallboxen bis hin zu unserem intelligenten Energiemanagementsystem „Heartbeat“ – an Einfamilienhausbesitzer:innen und kleine Gewerbebetriebe
  • Profitiere von vorqualifizierten Leads mit echtem Interesse und setze Deine Vertriebsstärke gezielt für überzeugende Beratung und erfolgreiche Abschlüsse ein
  • Berate Interessent:innen flexibel und digital – setze als Deine Basis unseren Showroom mit unserem Produktportfolio täglich für effiziente Kundentermine ein
  • Plane und strukturiere Deine Kundentermine und Angebotserstellungen eigenständig – für die Termine vor Ort nutzt Du jederzeit ganz unkompliziert ein E-Auto aus unserem Pool am Standort
  • Du begleitest Deine Kund:innen vom Erstkontakt bis zur Vertragsunterschrift – mit transparenter Kommunikation und passgenauen Lösungen behältst Du Wirtschaftlichkeit, technische Machbarkeit und Kundennutzen gleichermaßen im Blick
  • Sorge für optimale Übergaben an die Projektkoordination und technischen Bauleitung – für maximale Kundenzufriedenheit und nachhaltige Empfehlungen in der Nachbarschaft

Dein Profil

  • Als Talent möchtest Du Deine Vertriebskarriere auf das nächste Level bringen oder bringst bereits fundierte Erfahrung im B2C-Verkauf erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte mit
  • Mit Deiner kommunikationsstarken, empathischen Art gelingt es Dir, individuell und transparent auf die Situation und Fragen unserer Kund:innen einzugehen
  • Ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis ermöglicht es Dir, auch komplexe Themen verständlich und auf Augenhöhe zu vermitteln
  • Der Anspruch, Dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln, sowie das Interesse an einer dynamischen Zukunftsbranche treiben Dich an, stets am Puls der Zeit zu bleiben
  • Freude und Überzeugung bei der Arbeit sind Dir genauso wichtig wie uns – Du möchtest etwas bewegen und gemeinsam mit uns die Energiewende voranbringen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine sichere Kommunikation auf kaufmännischem Niveau runden Dein Profil ab
