Deine Position

  • Berate und verkaufe unser ganzheitliches Produktportfolio – von Photovoltaik über Stromspeicher, Wärmepumpen und Wallboxen bis hin zu unserem intelligenten Energiemanagementsystem „Heartbeat“ – an Einfamilienhausbesitzer:innen und kleine Gewerbebetriebe im Raum Düsseldorf und Umgebung.
  • Plane und strukturiere Deine Kundentermine, Beratungen und Angebote eigenständig – flexibel, effizient und immer orientiert an den Wünschen Deiner Kund:innen.
  • Profitiere von vorqualifizierten Leads, die Dir von der 1KOMMA5° Gruppe bereitgestellt werden – so erreichst Du täglich Kund:innen mit echtem Interesse und kannst Dich auf das konzentrieren, was Du am besten kannst: beraten und verkaufen.
  • Du begleitest Deine Kund:innen vom Erstkontakt bis zur Vertragsunterschrift – mit transparenter Kommunikation und passgenauen Lösungen.
  • Gemeinsam mit unserer Projektkoordination und technischen Bauleitung sorgst Du für eine reibungslose Übergabe und begleitest das Projekt bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss – für maximale Kundenzufriedenheit und nachhaltige Empfehlungen.
  • Du bringst Deine Ideen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsprozesse ein und gestaltest so den Erfolg Deiner Region mit.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist hochmotiviert, Deine Vertriebskarriere zu starten – oder verfügst bereits über Erfahrung im Verkauf erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte im Privatkundenbereich, idealerweise in den Bereichen Photovoltaik und/oder Wärmepumpen.
  • Mit Deiner kommunikationsstarken, empathischen und aufgeschlossenen Art gelingt es Dir, individuell und transparent auf die Anliegen und Fragen unserer Kund:innen einzugehen.
  • Du bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis mit und kannst auch komplexe Konzepte verständlich erklären – auf Augenhöhe mit Deinen Gesprächspartner:innen.
  • Du hast Lust, Dich stetig weiterzuentwickeln und bei 1KOMMA5° mit aktuellstem Wissen in einer dynamischen Branche vorne dabei zu sein.
  • Freude und Überzeugung bei der Arbeit sind Dir genauso wichtig wie uns – Du möchtest etwas bewegen und Sinnvolles beitragen.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift – sicher im Umgang mit Kund:innen auf kaufmännischem Niveau.
