Damit tragen wir aktiv zu einer klimaneutralen Wirtschaft bei. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen technischen Projektmanager für New Energy Großprojekte Region Mitte (m/w/d) , die ihre Expertise in Photovoltaik, Energiespeicher, Ladeinfrastruktur, Energiemanagement und Netzwerktechnik einbringen möchten. Deine Position

  • Technische Gesamtverantwortung für anspruchsvolle EPC-Projekte im Bereich Commercial New Energy bestehend aus Photovoltaik-Dachanlagen, Batteriespeichern, Ladeinfrastruktur und Energiemanagement
  • Bauüberwachung vor Ort sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung technischer und sicherheitsrelevanter Standards
  • Entwicklung technischer Konzepte gemeinsam mit unseren Planungs- und Engineering-Teams sowie Begleitung der Umsetzung (z. B. Dachbelegung, Stringplanung, NSHV, Transformatoren, MS-Stationen)
  • Führung und Koordination externer Dienstleister, Nachunternehmer und Lieferanten auf GU-Baustellen unter Sicherstellung von Qualität, Zeitplan und Budget
  • Ergebnisorientiertes Stakeholder-Management mit Auftraggebern, Netzbetreibern, Dienstleistern, Behörden und internen Planungsabteilungen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Projekte

Dein Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien, Elektrotechnik, Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation bildet das Fundament
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der technischen Umsetzung von EPC-Projekten im Bereich Commercial & Industrial sowie fundiertes Wissen über Aufdach-PV-Anlagen werden vorausgesetzt
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit Ausführungs-, String- und Schaltplänen (AC/DC) sowie deren Prüfung auf technische Plausibilität zeichnet die Arbeitsweise aus
  • Das Erkennen von Montage- und Ausführungsfehlern vor Ort sowie deren fachlich präzise Reklamation und konsequente Einforderung der Mängelbeseitigung gelingt mühelos
  • Ein Wohnort in Göttingen, Braunschweig, Niedersachsen oder der Umgebung sichert die nötige Reisebereitschaft in der Region, um tagsüber unterwegs und abends wieder zu Hause zu sein
